2026 Wood Fiber Insulation Builder Rebate Terms

Program Overview

This rebate is available to professional builders and contractors (the “Qualifying Company”) who purchase TimberBatt™and/or TimberBoard™ Wood Fiber Insulation (all SKUs) (“Qualifying Product”) from an authorized retailer during the Program Window.

1. Program Window: Purchases must be made May 1 – June 30, 2026.
2. Rebate Amount: $30 per pallet of TimberBatt purchased. $250 per pallet of TimberBoard purchased.
3. Maximum Rebate: $2,000 per company during the Program Window. Multiple submissions are allowed until the maximum payout threshold is reached.
   
4. Submission Deadline: Claims must be submitted within 60 days of purchase date listed on the invoice.
5. Payment Method: Paid by TimberHP via e-gift card to the Qualifying Company.
6. Payment Timing: Issued within approximately 60 days of promotion end date, subject to verification and receipt of complete/valid documentation.

How to Claim / Required Documentation

1. Claims must be submitted online and include upload of qualifying commercial invoices.
2. Invoices must clearly show: (i) building company/contractor name, (ii) retailer name, (iii) product purchased, (iv) date of purchase, (v) number of pallets purchased, and (vi) total price paid.
3. NOT ACCEPTED: Quotes, estimates, delivery tickets, or order acknowledgments.

Eligibility & Limits

• Offer valid only for Qualifying Company purchases of Qualifying Product from authorized retailers during the Program Window.
• Rebate cap applies per company and may include affiliated entities, multiple locations, and common ownership, as reasonably determined by TimberHP.
• Benefit is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or exchanged.

Verification, Audit & Final Determination

• All claims are subject to verification. TimberHP may request additional information and may verify submissions with retailers/distributors and/or third-party administrators. TimberHP’s determination of eligibility, pallet counts, and payout amount is final, and TimberHP’s records (and/or verified third-party records) will control.

Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments

• Purchases later returned, cancelled, credited, reversed, or not paid do not qualify and may be deducted from totals. TimberHP may adjust claims, offset future payments, or recover improperly issued amounts.

Fraud / Abuse

TimberHP may deny, reduce, reverse, or recover rebates if a submission is incomplete, late, duplicated, illegible, manipulated, suspected of diversion, or associated with fraud or abuse.

Taxes, Compliance & Privacy

Recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes and reporting. Offer is void where prohibited and subject to applicable laws. Information submitted may be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations, and may be shared with retailers/distributors and third-party administrators for these purposes.

Modification / Termination

TimberHP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this rebate at any time to the extent permitted by law, including for operational needs or fraud prevention.

Limitation of Liability

TimberHP is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible submissions; technical failures; or events outside TimberHP’s reasonable control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimberHP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation.

Disputes

Any disputes must be raised within 30 days of notification of approval/denial or payment issuance; otherwise the decision becomes final.
