Submission & Verification
Claims must be submitted through the designated QR/portal process with sufficient shipment/order identifiers for verification (invoices required for sub-mission verification).
TimberHP may require identity verification and may request supporting documentation. TimberHP’s determination of eligibility, pallet counts, and attribution is final.
Attribution Rules
If multiple reps submit claims for the same shipment, TimberHP will determine attribution based on program intent and available records (e.g., account assignment, quote/order ownership, territory, or other reasonable criteria). Duplicate submissions may be denied.
Returns, Cancellations, and Adjustments
Shipments later returned, cancelled, credited, reversed, disputed, or not paid do not qualify and may be deducted. TimberHP may adjust payouts, offset future amounts, or recover improperly issued amounts.
Compliance with Laws & Employer Policies
Participant represents that participation and acceptance of SPIF is permitted under applicable law and their employer’s policies. Where direct payment outside payroll is not permitted, TimberHP may require an alternate method or deem the participant ineligible.
