Seavey Crossing Senior Apartments brings 65 units of affordable senior housing to Westbrook, Maine. This design-build, wood-frame project pairs architecture by Scott Simons Architects with construction by Hebert Construction. TimberFill wood fiber insulation was specified for its thermal performance, acoustic comfort, and healthy indoor air quality–with sound dampening and fire-resistant properties well suited to multifamily construction and the tight energy budgets of affordable housing.
